Malmo™ offers a stylish, high performance flooring material in ten woodgrain designs including classic oak and on-trend greys, in a matt finish that’s high performance and easy maintenance. Malmo™ can be specified with confidence for kitchens, bathrooms, offices, restaurants, hotels, retail outlets and a wide variety of other commercial and domestic applications due in part to its R10 slip resistance rating. This 2.5mm option features a 0.55mm wear layer, resulting in a heavy commercial classification of 33. Malmo™ is hardwearing and durable with the embossed surface offering the realistic look of wood. It is resistant to indentations, will not chip or crack and is easy to install. Malmo™ comes with a warranty of up to 25 years for residential applications and ten years for commercial applications.
